2 cups dosa batter (Varsha Foods batter recommended)
1 small onion (finely chopped)
1 small tomato (finely chopped)
1–2 green chilies (finely chopped)
2 tbsp coriander leaves (chopped)
Oil (as required)
Salt (to taste, if needed)
Directions
- Heat a flat tawa or non-stick pan on medium heat.
- Lightly grease the surface with a little oil.
- Pour a ladle of Varsha Foods dosa batter onto the pan without spreading too thin.
- Gently spread it slightly to form a thick, round uttapam.
