2 cups dosa batter (Varsha Foods batter recommended)
1 small onion (finely chopped)
1–2 green chilies (chopped)
2 tbsp coriander leaves
Oil (as required)
Salt (to taste, if needed)
Directions
- Heat a paniyaram pan on medium heat.
- Add a few drops of oil into each cavity.
- Pour Varsha Foods dosa batter into each mould.
- Add chopped onion, chilies, and coriander on top.
- Cook until the bottom turns golden.
- Flip gently using a stick or spoon.
- Cook the other side until crispy and cooked through.
